Sheryl Schlameuss Berger – Shelter Animal Reiki Association Teacher
Sheryl is a Reiki Master Teacher in Old Bethpage, New York. She volunteers for Forgotten Friends of Long Island, a not-for-profit organization that rescues some of the neediest animals including those with serious medical conditions/injuries and senior animals — ones who might be overlooked by other rescues. After necessary medical care and rehabilitation, Forgotten Friends finds loving homes for them.
After having been a Graphic Designer for many years, she was drawn to the field of holistic healing. She also worked as a Veterinary Assistant, an experience which helped guide her toward the direction of offering Reiki to animals in need. Her practice encompasses animals as well as people.
